Your SETC Convention Registration costs stay affordable because we guarantee a specific amount of rooms in exchange for complimentary meeting space. When YOU cancel and hotel rooms are not used, we have to pay for meeting space. If SETC has to pay for meeting space – your cost to attend the annual convention will increase.

Flying?... is easy. Birmingham's airport handles more than 110 nonstop and direct flights daily.  Southwest Airlines alone operates 27 daily non-stop departures to 13 major cities, along with direct or connecting service to 46 cities. Driving? Four interstate highways bring motorists into Birmingham: Interstates 20 or 59 from the northeast or southwest; Interstate 65 from north or south; and Interstate 459, which loops to the southeast of the city.  The Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex is located at: 2101 Richard Arrington, Jr. Blvd. N.
