The Info Hub is the best place to solve all of these problems. There is so much to do at an SETC Convention that it's
not uncommon to get turned around, need some guidance, or just get pointed in the right direction.
The main Info Hub table is staffed with friendly and knowledgeable volunteers and is located in the Sheraton
Ballroom Foyer, just across from the SETC Registration Desk. If you need help or have a question, this is the place
to start!

Parking
Please give yourself enough time to find parking. While SETC is in town, so is the Davis Cup - 17,000 tennis fans. Please note the parking lots near our convention center and hotel.

Food
The Convention and Visitors Bureau will have a table set up next to the Main Info Hub to answer questions about Birmingham, and to offer suggestions on dining options and "things to do" when not busy at SETC. They have put together a couple of food guides for the Birmingham area which will be available at their desk, or you can download them here:
