What are the dates for the SETC
Convention in 2009?
SETC's next Convention will be in Lexington, KY - March 3-7, 2010.
Can I register on site at
the Convention?
Yes, you can register for the Convention on-site to attend
workshops, keynotes and festival performances. There is
an additional cost for on-site registration.
PRE-registration is REQUIRED for all
Auditionees, Commercial and Educational Exhibitors, Professional
Company Representatives and Design Competition Entrants.
What do I do when I arrive at the
SETC Convention?
Go to the SETC Registration Desk.
Professional Auditionees:
Go to the AUDITIONEE REGISTRATION at PRE-REGISTRATION
Individuals: Those who
pre-registered and sent other required forms with payment
before the DEADLINE should go to PRE-REGISTRATION
DESK to pick up your nametag and other convention materials.
Professional Company and University
Representatives: Those company reps who are participating
in Auditions or Job Contact Service go to the JOB CONTACT
ROOM.
PLEASE NOTE: Colleges
and Universities also participating in Job Contact should
still go to PRE-REGISTRATION, but
should also check-in at the JOB CONTACT ROOM for
set-up information.
Commercial
Exhibitors:
Check in with Ginger Willis in the exhibit location.
Education Expo Representatives:
Check in with Ginger Willis in the exhibit location.
Non-Registered individuals:
Go to REGISTRATION.
How do I participate in Job Contact
Service at Convention?
It's best to pre-register
early for Job Contact Service to make sure you have all
the required materials.
To register on site:
Go to REGISTRATION on arrival.
Fill out the Convention Registration Form and the Job Contact
Employee Contract, and pay fees. Then take the Employee
Contract and your resume to Job Contact Service.
What methods of payment will you
accept?
SETC accepts Visa and MasterCard payments and Money Orders.
Personal checks in the exact amount are accepted for some
activities. We accept cash on-site as well.
