High School Theatre Festival Adjudicators

Jeffrey Ingman has worked extensively in professional and academic theaters. He has directed for the Utah Shakespearean Festival, The Director's Company (NY), North Coast Repertory and Diversionary Theatre, Montana Repertory Theater, Big Fork Summer Playhouse, Plan B Theater, Stockton Civic Theater, and Stockton Opera Association. He worked on the 2002 Winter Olympic Games as talent manager and co-director for medal ceremonies for figure skating and short track speed.  Jeffrey was recently given a meritorious honor by the KCACTF for direction of LYSISTRATA.  He has served on the faculties of University of the Pacific, University of Montana and was the recipient of the Fairmont State University guest artist position for 2005-2006.  He received his MFA in 1991 under the tutelage of William Esper and Maggie Flanigan in the PATP at Rutgers University.

Joanna Helming (Josie) received her Master  of Arts in Theatre from the University of Memphis in 1967, and she returned to the University in 1976 after working as an educator, actor, and director in regional theatre.  She remained at the University teaching, directing and advising hundreds of students in her role as coordinator of the Bachelor of Fine Arts, Performance students.  She has directed dozens of productions at the University, many of which were Memphis Theatre award winners.  Though Josie retired from all teaching activities in 2004, her influence can be seen on every Memphis stage, as her former students are ubiquitous in Memphis theatre, as well as in regional theatre film and television.  Josie continues to direct locally and regionally, and works as an audition adjudicator for the Southeastern Theatre Conference.

Gina Moore taught high school theatre for 23 years and had many region and state trophies to her credit before recently retiring from Henry County High School to work full-time with Crosswalk Ministries USA, Inc., a non-profit organization which  uses the arts to redirect at-risk and incarcerated teens.   She has served as secondary division chair for Georgia Theatre Conference and is in frequent demand for judging theatre contests throughout the state.  Mrs. Moore did her undergraduate work at Shorter College in Rome, Georgia, and Lubbock Christian College in Lubbock, Texas, and she has done graduate studies at Central Washington University and Georgia State University.  She is currently enrolled in a Masters of Divinity program at Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota, to further her education in juvenile justice ministry.
