SETC hosts one of the nation's largest Offstage Theatre Job Fairs, known as Job Contact Service, during theAnnual Convention each March. If you are looking for a job or to hire for offstage/"techie" theatre positions - including academic, administrative, backstage, design, stage management, costumes, props, electrical, carpentry, lighting, front-of-house, box office and other technical jobs, as well as intern and apprentice positions, SETC Job Contact Service is the place for you!

Approximately 100 companies attend the Job Fair seeking potential employees to fill positions in every area of theatre, including offstage, academic, administrative, directors, backstage, design, stage management, costumes, props, electrical, carpentry, lighting, front-of-house and technical jobs for full-time, part-time, summer, and including intern and apprentice positions.
Approximately 750 employees of all skill levels come to search for jobs. At onsite interviews, applicants present portfolios, resumes, etc. -- come prepared to shine!
Job Contact Service (Job Fair) Hours
Thurs.: 10:30 AM - 6 PM NOTE -- ONLY PRE-REGISTERED will be admitteed at 10:30. Those who register onsite will be admitted beginning at 1:00pm
Fri.: 10:00 AM - 6 PM
Sat.: 9 AM - NOON
Pre-registered employees receive free online resume posting account and will be admitted first into the JCS area..
