2011
Polly Holliday Award
presented to
Savanah Harlan
Savanah Harlan, a 2011 graduate from Florence High School, plans to attend the University of North Alabama. She has starred in such productions as Alabama Rain, A Bad Year for Tomatoes, and Children of Eden.
Savanah was named to the 2010-2011 All Star Cast at the Walter Trumbauer Festival for her role in Dinner with the MacGufins. Much of Savanah's love for theatre comes from a love of Improvisation. She has won on the local and state levels in competitions and participated with professional improv troupes. After college, she plans to pursue a job teaching theatre on the middle and high school levels. Savanah believes that her life would not be complete without spending days and hours on stage. |
