Please contact each hotel individually to make your reservation.  

PLEASE NOTE: 
  • If you made a reservation on Housingweb you will receive an acknowledgement number
  • (Hold on to it).
  • If you did not cancel with Housingweb before 2/15/2012, you must cancel with the hotel.  
  • Be sure to receive a cancellation number.
  • If you do not cancel with Housingweb or the hotel, you will be charged with tax for each room or rooms.             

 

Transportation Around Chattanooga

There are several options for you to consider.

Chattanooga’s FREE Electric Shuttle runs every 8 minutes!

Chattanooga’s Free Electric Shuttle stops include the Tivoli Theatre

Along restaurant row, near the Hampton Inn and at the Marriott and Chattanoogan. 

The shuttles stop/start at the Choo Choo Hotel. 

Pick up a shuttle map at the Chattanooga Info Hub or online.

 W, TH, FR: 6:30 AM – 11:00 PM

 SAT: 9:30 AM – 11:00 PM

Note: The electric shuttle does not run to the Country Inn/Suites, Days Inn at
Lookout Mountain and Fairfield Inn/Suites.

SETC offers Shuttle Service to Attendees!

HS Festival Participants: If you use the SETC Shuttle, use the Sheraton Read House location.

Note: The SETC shuttle does not run to the Country Inn/Suites,
Days Inn at Lookout Mountain and Fairfield Inn/Suites.

Walking!

All events are within walking distance of the downtown hotels. 
Plan on a 15 minute walk between the hotels and the convention center; most are much closer. 
While there isn’t a major safety concern, please walk in groups especially late at night.

Your own transportation!

CAR:   The Convention Center has a parking lot attached to the Center and Marriott.

BUS:   There are spaces to pull into along Carter Street for drop off and pick up. Please

arrange with your hotel for bus parking.

SATURDAY NIGHT CHALLENGE!

Plan your ahead for transportation to get to the 7 PM Theatre Festival Ceremonies,
President’s Reception and 8 PM Banquet.

While SETC’s shuttle will be making extra trips,
it will not be able to manage transporting 800 people within 1 hour! 
Please help us and use your own transportation if you can!

The last Saturday SETC shuttle will leave the Convention Center at 12:45 AM.
