SETC hosts multiple auditions throughout the year, both for professional actors seeking work and for prospective students seeking admission to all levels of school/training programs.
These auditions connect professional-level talent to hiring companies. Actors, singers and dancers participating in these auditions must either meet SETC’s professional experience requirements or must pass through a preliminary screening or qualifier audition prior to the auditions.
School Auditions & Interviews
SETC offers recruiting events for those looking to pursue an education in theatre. Both undergraduate- and graduate-level programs attend acting auditions and design/tech interviews as part of SETC’s Annual Convention each March. SETC and USITT’s LiNK event offers an “early-recruiting” opportunity for graduate programs in the fall.
