SETC hosts multiple audition events throughout the year, both for professional actors seeking work and for prospective graduate and undergraduate students seeking admission to schools and training programs.

Professional Auditions
These auditions connect professional-level talent to hiring companies. Actors, singers and dancers participating in these auditions must either meet SETC’s professional experience requirements or must pass through a preliminary screening or qualifier audition prior to the auditions.

School Auditions & Interviews
SETC offers recruiting events for those looking to pursue an education in theatre. Both undergraduate- and graduate-level programs attend acting auditions and design/tech interviews as part of the annual SETC Convention. SETC and USITT’s LiNK event offers an “early-recruiting” opportunity for graduate programs in the fall.
