SETC and USITT partner each fall to bring graduate theatre degree programs together with people considering options for advanced education in one convenient, affordable location for interviews and information exchange. Discover your dream graduate school or recruit talented candidates.

$75 – Student Candidates
$325 – Recruiting College or University

Event Timeline

Friday, Nov. 19: Deadline for candidates to upload materials to the virtual platform
Monday, Nov. 22:
Recruiters receive access to candidate information/galleries
Wednesday, Dec. 1:
Recruiters will meet virtually with acting, directing and management candidates.
Thursday, Dec. 2: Recruiters will meet virtually with design and technical theatre candidates.
Friday, Dec. 3: Recruiters will meet virtually with any remaining candidates.

How the Virtual LiNK Will Work

Candidates will upload auditions and portfolios through a web portal. Recruiters will be able to view those materials and choose candidates to interview. They will contact candidates they are interested in and schedule meetings with them during the appropriate LiNK dates below.

September 7:
Registration opens. Applicants provide basic information including contact information and program area of interest. This is where you will pay your one-time fee of $75. Applicants will receive an email with a link to upload their online display materials — audition video, portfolio, etc.
