- Any candidate who has successfully earned a bachelor's degree
- Current undergraduate juniors and seniors

Materials to prepare
- For accessibility purposes, candidates will be asked to upload portfolio/work examples into Acceptd even if attending convention in-person. (This helps recruiters see you!)

- Theatre experience
- A headshot or recent photograph must be submitted which serves as the profile image in the candidate gallery
- Contact information for 2 references
- Letter of Intent/Career Goals
- Personal website
- Work example images can be submitted using .jpg, .jpeg, or .png files.
- Images of production designs (scenic, lighting, costume, props, etc.)
- Work process images
- Documents can be submitted using PDF files:
- Designer/Technical Direction documents
- Concept statements, production research, process images, hand rendered or CAD designs/technical drawings, etc.
- Stage Management documents
- Rehearsal schedule, rehearsal reports, production reports, blocking examples, etc.
- Arts Administration Documents
- Marketing materials (production posters, brochures, digital marketing), budget examples, etc.
- Playwriting
- Topic research, plays/musicals written, works in progress, etc.
- Designer/Technical Direction documents

| 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM | Portfolio setup |
| 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM | Professor walkthrough |
| 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Tech interviews |
- Candidates will have table space on which to set their presentations
- Candidates will have a 3-minute speech prepared for recruiters regarding previous training, experience, and educational/career goals
- After speech, candidates will have time to meet 1-on-1 with recruiters
