• Any candidate who has successfully earned a bachelor's degree

Materials to prepare

• For accessibility purposes, candidates will be asked to upload portfolio/work examples into Acceptd even if attending convention in-person. (This helps recruiters see you!)

• School information

• Theatre experience

• A headshot or recent photograph must be submitted which serves as the profile image in the candidate gallery

• Contact information for 2 references

• Letter of Intent/Career Goals

• Personal website

• Work example images can be submitted using .jpg, .jpeg, or .png files.

• Images of production designs (scenic, lighting, costume, props, etc.)

• Work process images

• Documents can be submitted using PDF files:

• Designer/Technical Direction documents

• Concept statements, production research, process images, hand rendered or CAD designs/technical drawings, etc.

• Stage Management documents 

• Rehearsal schedule, rehearsal reports, production reports, blocking examples, etc.

• Arts Administration Documents

• Marketing materials (production posters, brochures, digital marketing), budget examples, etc.

• Playwriting

• Topic research, plays/musicals written, works in progress, etc.

• Candidates will have table space on which to set their presentations

• Candidates will have a 3-minute speech prepared for recruiters regarding previous training, experience, and educational/career goals

• After speech, candidates will have time to meet 1-on-1 with recruiters
