Ed Expo Exhibitors

The Exhibit Hall at the annual SETC Convention offers a great opportunity to share information and speak one-on-one with prospective students interested in pursuing undergraduate- and graduate-level theatre programs.

2020 Education Expo

Registration for Recruiting Institutions will open Oct. 15, 2019 at Noon ET. Check back then to claim your spot in the SETC Exhibit Hall at the 71st annual SETC Convention in Louisville, KY. The SETC Convention and Exhibit Hall will take place downtown in the newly renovated Kentucky International Convention Center (KICC).

You may also be interested in Undergraduate Auditions & Design/Tech Interviews and/or Graduate Auditions & Design/Tech Interviews at the 2020 SETC Convention. All schools participating in auditions or interviews are encouraged to reserve an Ed Expo booth.

Booth Reservation Deadlines

  • Early-Bird Deadline ($260 per booth): Dec. 13, 2019, Noon ET
  • Final Deadline ($360 per booth): Jan. 22, 2020, Noon ET

2020 Ed Expo Registration Includes:

  • 10′ x 10′ back- and side-draped booth
  • 7″ x 144″ company sign
  • Draped 6′ table, 2 chairs

Please Note: All attending recruiters/representatives must register for the SETC Convention as individuals.

Tentative Exhibit Hall Schedule*

  • Exhibitor Load-In:
    Wed., Feb. 26, Noon – 8 p.m.
  • Exhibit Hall Open:
    Thurs., Feb. 27: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
    Fri., Feb. 28: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
    Sat., Feb. 29: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  • Exhibitor Load-Out:
    Sat., Feb. 29, 1–5 p.m.
