Are you a potential leader of SETC?
Are you interested in helping the next generation of theatre artists?
Would you like to learn more about how SETC “connects you to opportunities in theatre”?
In 2017, the Southeastern Theatre Conference initiated a new mentoring program. Participants will have the option of focusing their mentorship experience within the tracks of networking, career development and leadership development.
- Career Development: Mentors speak with mentees about pathways and lessons learned in regards to specific areas of expertise or career interests.
- Leadership Development: Groups of mentors guide and facilitate individuals who are interested in positions of responsibility to advance the development of the Southeastern Theatre Conference.
- Networking: Mentor groups are formed based on common professional interests to discuss specific challenges, issues and successes experienced in professional roles.
These mentoring relationships are meant to provide valuable support and guidance to mentees as they navigate their careers, explore new opportunities in theatre, or consider further involvement in SETC leadership.
Just fill out the mentorship application and we will get you matched! Application is for both mentees and mentors.
