Articles, Bylaws, and Rules

This document includes the Articles of Incorporation of SETC as a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, the Bylaws that determine the governance structure of the organization, and the Rules under which the various committees of SETC operate.

The new governace structure is set to start on July 1, 2026. The Articles, Bylaws, and Rules for the old structure is available below as the (archived) button.

Committee Manuals

Each Committee within SETC has a manual of operations, so that members of that Committee know how it functions and operates with the broader SETC organization. These manuals are updated as needed by Committee Chairs.

Board Minutes

Each SETC Board Meeting is recorded by the Secretary, who then publishes the Minutes of that meeting for all of the membership to read.
