Harding University, a faith-based institution in Searcy, Arkansas seeks mission-aligned applicants for full-time, nine-month faculty positions in Theatre Design, Acting/Directing, and Technical Theatre. The university values educators who integrate faith and learning while consistently modeling artistic and academic excellence.

Theatre Design

MFA in a design discipline with professional and educational experience preferred. Responsibilities include teaching within the design specialty and contributing to the production season. Expertise in Costume or Lighting Design is especially desirable.

Acting/Directing

MFA in acting or directing with relevant professional and teaching experience preferred. Responsibilities include teaching performance and directing courses and directing in the season.

Technical Theatre

MFA in technical direction with professional and educational experience preferred. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software, CNC tools, and strong rigging and welding skills is expected for this position.
