The Technical Director serves as the senior production and technical operations leader for Miller Auditorium, overseeing all stage, production, and backstage technical functions for touring Broadway productions, concerts, university events, and community performances. This position manages the safe, efficient, and professional execution of all production activities while maintaining industry-standard theatrical systems and supporting exceptional guest and artist experiences.

The Technical Director collaborates closely with touring production teams, resident users, university stakeholders, union crews, and venue staff to ensure successful event execution in a fast-paced presenting environment.
